Arrogant service advisor. Booked my vehicle for an 8:30 oil service, arrived 10min before as requested, only to be told they could only start the oil change at 13:00.Was told they had carried overs from the previous day!Poor workshop scheduling/ loading, lack of communication with customers, and an incompetent front office...

Took my wife's car to Halford's for its MoT. One issue needed to be sorted. All done now by Halfords. They are busy - which is a good sign I think - so you will need to book with plenty of time. Thanks to Brandon for sorting the car. I would recommend.

It's ok if you get a deal online. However, costs to fix your car...forget it!! Astronomical!! Shop around. Believe me, you can get work done half the price.
