Very friendly staff and great placement by the river. Good prices (around £5 a pint) and nice inside seating area. Saw others with food that also looked nice.
Parking: Parking is good. They offer contactless. Joint with pizza express and run by a different company, only £1 for an hour
Moored on the River Trent, next to Trent Bridge, in the shadows of Newark's historic castle. Open since 1980 under the same owners, Newark's famous floating pub!
We specialise in traditional pub food: award winning pies and sausages, Scottish steaks, barge made curries as well as fresh sandwiches, bacon butties and a whole lot more.
We have a minimum of three vegetarian options. Or, if you are just after a good cuppa, we offer tea, coffee and cakes too.
