Dreadful store - no wonder high street shops are disappearing. Stood at pharmacy waiting for assistance. Totally ignored by staff nearby - gave up in the end and purchased in Asda (very helpful).This branch is one that Boots should be ashamed of.

Was totally humiliated by the pharmacist today over some simple confusion over the area for purchasing sleep help.I was treated like a small child, when I was simply trying to purchase sleep help for my depression.I have since felt totally worthless after her ridiculous reprimanding behaviour..It felt like she gained pleasure... read full comment
