I'm Coeliac so Subway offering gluten free bread and clearly labelled allergen information is a big thing for me. Staff here are friendly and helpful, take the necessary precautions when making a gluten free sub and don't make me feel rushed or unwelcome as I know it is a bit of a hassle and slows them down.
