Yesterday I tried to enter this store with my son, so he can spend some of his Christmas money. But because I have a service dog, the manager kicked me out. My dog was wearing it Service dog leash, and I had my ESA (Emotional support Animal) ID card with me. But the manager said they didn't matter. My son had to be dragged...

Seems customer service has gone significantly lately looking at the recent reviews. New manager? I bought a keyboard as a Christmas present when we opened it on of the keys had broken. We took it back, it was obvious it was from smyths, obvious it had never been used and was broken but they point blank refused to exchange...

Very unhappy with the customer service, i took my items to the till and the worker said absolutely nothing to me and the only time she did was when I asked for my total, she then proceeded to roll her eyes when I told her that I had gift cards to use, she was overall very unhelpful and very rude
