Well done team Screwfix at Hermatige Lane branch. 7.30pm on Monday evening and all 3 staff were exceptionally helpful and great banter with a purchase and refund and where I may be able to locate thie item i required that Screfix don't sell in a particular odd size. Thank you team Mansfield? always my preferred brand

Emily was very helpful at the weekend. Trawling through all my invoices to find one I needed from a few months prior. She could have easily forwarded me to the call centre, but took time to help me with my problem, and made my life easy!
