You can't help how busy the branch is. The staff are all lovely and never feel rushed out the door

Cash machine stolen from my account staff are not exactly helpful and find them quite rude can honestly say I'm glad I don't bank with Santander bank nor will I ever use there machines ever would give lower than 1 star if I could (theft is unacceptable)

Mansfield branch Nottinghamshire. Always late opening on a staurday. Only ever put 1 person on the tills who Is good but very very very slow. 2 people on the shop floor which ain't needed as everyone goes to the tills. Good service but appalling ise of the staff.
