Absolutely disgusted by our experience this evening. We ordered food at 5.45 with a delivery time of 45 mins (6.30pm) at 7pm I rang them to see where it was … I was told it would be with us in under 10 mins. 20 mins later our ‘food’ arrived.

We’ve ordered from Prima Pizza before and generally like the food, even if it is a bit lukewarm when it arrives.
