Young man who served us wouldn’t put a parcel through as a letter even though it was in the measurements to go as a letter and I pulled it through the measurement infront of him. Bad customer service and over charged!

I'm disabled and was turned away by the young lad at 12:30 because they were closing for an hour. This is the 3rd time I have travelled by taxi to renew my driving licence. He was very rude and unhelpful. Would it really have been much effort to clear the queue of 2 people before
