Vile girl that works there, went in to fetch a parcel and she said "it's not here" I said can you have a look please and she said "I did them earlier, your name wasn't there" I asked what I was meant to do as it said it was delivered and she just said "I dont know and walked off" I sent my partner in a few hours later hoping...

Whenever I go in there's a young lady who remembers me, speaks politely to me or a young guy who's also quite polite, never had an issue in here, staff are always decent with me, prices are a bit high for drinks thats my only grumble but that's set by the company not the staff
