I had an issue with my sim card and had to go into branch to get it sorted. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. I was assisted by Georgia who was really helpful and efficient. Really disappointing experience. Went to upgrade There has been issues with shortages and was one phone left in stock. Had been waiting a while and was in the middle of sorting the upgrade and at the point of sale.
