Came here to open my child an account. All ID to hand I also bank with them.Told to sit in a corner and apply online. I did, account failed to open. After several attempts I'm quite frustrated.Asked staff if they could help. Then get a snotty rude reply"you'll have to make an appointment"Well... I walked off into nationwide... read full comment
