Came to shop as usual,but had to return faulty item.Manager on Sunday 8/5/22,midday was very sarcastic and rude! Reluctant to refund me even with a receipt.He obviously isn't in the right job dealing with the public,and even the young checkout girl was scared of him!!! This home bargains store in St Peter's retail park is in Mansfield. They had everything in stock I wanted to buy on this occasion. Staff customer service skills were very good
