There was this female staff working once that wouldn't allow me to return an unwanted xbox that has never been used. Only because it was plugged once. I said I'll take it somewhere else, which I did. I took it to the Ilkeston branch. However, before I arrived there she rang them to warn them about a customer with an xbox.... read full comment
