Rude, rude ladies on the check outs. A customer....PAYING CUSTOMER sympathised how hot it was in the shop. The girl serving her turned to the older lady (should know better) and said "she's complaining about how hot It is in here" (she wasn't she was sympathising with her saying its also just as hot in here as other shops,... read full comment
