Hucknall branch closed on Fridays town market day when most people visit do they not want any business

Went into Lloyds Hucknall to open up my son’s bank account. Provided my Lloyds card to do this. This is the only place I’ve ever used my Lloyds card since having it (Lloyds customer service were able to confirm this is the only place I’ve physically used my card. I have banked with Lloyds for over 13 years, recently the Hucknall branch staff have changed and are terribly rude. One member of staff who was excpetionally rude, Fraya, snapped at me for asking a question. Told me I was wrong for asking for something I have always had in the time I have been with Lloyds, and just glared... read full comment
