However, this is a collect+ collection point, any parcel bigger than a shoe box will be refused to be accepted not just by the staff but by the manager too. Terrible service.I wish I could give 0 star

Manager keeps refusing delivery of our expensive parcel to the store even though it has been market as delivered to the store, I understand they keep saying they don't have the space and that they only get 5p per parcel, but I don't see how this is our issue when co-op as a company allow parcel deliveries to this store.

Nice shop friendly staff. But my daughter just got some fruit for free. That they give to the children. And the apple was rotten inside.
