I have never seen such a rude staff before, they were unwilling to help. Also the cashier didn’t ask whether if I want a meal and took the payment after I told her I wanted a meal she said She can not reversed so I had to pay extra. Worst subway experience ever ( 17 july 2024 8pm.)

Firstly there's no hats being worn around the food area when serving,secondly they never swap there gloves from customers to customers, alot of cross contamination in my eyes ,no one clearing the shop floor area and clearly enough staff on shift 7 people including management

There were 5 or 6 Staff chatting around and not even one customer inside. While we waited to be served, staff were happy to chat between them rather than serving customers.Having experienced the poor service, we ended up dining next door and spent 3x of what we would have spent at subway. But, enjoyed a really nice meal...
