Always closed. Even when there supposed to be open there shut. I dont understand how people who work are supposed to collect there items? As theu require photo ID you can't even send a family or friend to collect your item. Need longer opening hours.

Actually a joke! They have delivered my parcels to the wrong house 3 times in a month the first 2 times I have gotten them back but this time, I have no idea where it is
