Very rude lady who answered the phone to me! I usually order my repeat prescription via the app ( I was having trouble doing that), mistakingly called to see if I could get help and order though pharmacy. Aware I couldn’t but the lady didn’t need to be so rude, didn’t even say hello politely or point me in the direction... read full comment

Terrible.pharmacist is excellent however the staff around him are poor. Trainees that Don’t know what there doing. Established staff Seem to hide. Super long waiting time. My advice organise a different pharmacy to collect it from. Waiting times unacceptable.
