Exercise machines facing each other in a circle (great planning!), now looking at other hot sweaty faces, instead of having cardio machines facing out the huge windows.

The gym is fine but has too many things out of order - even one of the doors is out of order meaning you usually have to wait to enter/leave.

Great local gym, just one gripe, the temperature of the showers, know they are trying to cut energy costs but could be a few degrees warmer, it's a bit on the cold side now!
