Not open when it says its going to be open. Been twice for a parcel now and its never open. Parcel is now going to be returned

Opening hour are now rubbish and if your not buying a stamp they dont know what to do.

New management - awful hours!! Friends and family relied on early open hours to suit work/childcare, can’t use this one anymore. Such a shame.
