Still haven't received a parcel sent 3 months ago,l try to get in contact but they don't answer calls ..

Parcels often get delayed by up to a 30 days when using tracked 24/48. Absolutely no idea why. Had 0 issues so far with the branch in the centre of beeston though. Its happened 4 times over 20 parcels. Not happy at all.
