Friendly and inviting at first. We had Paul visiting our house for an extension inc a new kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. We were told design would take 2 weeks or so. I had a good impression when I walked into the shop. Then 4 weeks ago Glen came to measure my kitchen, told me design would take 2 to 3 weeks. Never heard of them again again, no email, no phone call. In the meantime I have had 2 other designers measuring my kitchen, got from both the design, prices, had several changes... read full comment
