Went Beeston at around 1pm. The til lady got poker face, doesn't even know that kids ISA and save ISA are different things, made me go around and around, waisted my time for nothing. Appalling customer service today, on a simple query. The cashier had already decided not to help before I had finish explaining. However, went to my Natwest branch in Long Eaton and they not only listen, but resolved for me in 2 minutes. It's the extra mile and care that makes the difference.

The worst experience I've ever encountered in any branch, of any bank, in any country!The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and dismissive and the other out front, told us they close at 3pm so didn't have time to do what we needed, when it was only 2.20pm!
