Terrible dismissive attitude from the staff including the manager. Told me to close my account if I was not happy. Is that because you looked down on me not the type of customer you want am I. If I was a doctor with 200 grand in my account you would not of treated me that way. You have already taken this review down...

Very professional and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble and everything explained clearly for my 88 year old mother. What a pleasant change to be treated as an individual customer.

Lovely staff great service.Pointless this branch being open, as they are closed most of the day, then even when they are open they stop service 30 minutes before they close.... why?
