I am really impressed with Saks in Hexham. Very welcoming team and Shannon did an outstanding job with my hair, she was so friendly and professional. The whole team were also very lovely with my 9 year old who was welcomed and given a hot chocolate, paper and pencils while waiting. I'll absolutely be back! Thank you Shannon...
