Having been Next customer ls for many many years we have never ever experienced service like we have today. The member of staff ABBY who actually felt the need to spell her name out to my wife was beyond rude - her dreadful abrasive manner and attitude falls way below that expected from Next. 17/11 1610hrs, Waiting to get served in the home department. 2 members of staff serviing, 1 handling click and collect. Younger girl behind the counter, no acknowledge from her whilst she was attending to another minor matter. We were totally ignored whilst waiting infront of the till, in the end, after 10 minutes walked... read full comment

Charming young lady took in my wife's return parcel. She was cheery and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. Saturday 9th December, morning.
