Ordered food 7pm message said 45 minutes delivery. 8pm phone shop to ask where food is and was told it's leaving the shop in 2 minutes and will be delivered within 15 minutes. 8.45pm phoned shop again and told them not to bother delivering it. Shocking service. Ordered food at 6.55pm and told 45 minute delivery time. 8pm we call up and are told food has just been packed up and is about to go out, first delivery. 8.45 still no sigh of food… called the shop only to be met with attitude and sarcasm from staff member who couldn’t answer where food was… when... read full comment
