Rude response from staff member/owner when asked if the price of a print included the frame (pretty normal question). Responded with “well that’s why it has a price the price tag on it”, she then happily repeated this further in the conversation as I tried to figure out if she’d misheard me. Lost yourself a £300...

On a recent visit my wife had one of the coldest receptions she has ever encountered from the member of staff on duty that day. She tried to engage her in pleasant conversation re her stock and was met with a dismissive response. This was definitely not expected and, needless to say, she walked out. Not the best way...

Where to start? If I could leave a minus rating for the 'lady' who works in there, I would. Small businesses are the first to complain when they go out of business, but if they treat customers in the way we have just experienced, then they don't deserve to be in business.
