Went to this post office. Asked the lady to kindly place some tape on the open end of the letter. She seemed very blunt (blonde lady) she had also left what looked like a few grand in £10 notes on the counter top and left the till open. I visit this post office around 3-4 times a week with 15+ parcels to send at a time and I've never once had any complaints off the staff. Mandy and May are friendly and helpful as well as the new starter Elaine. I've never had a bad experience and will continue to use this post office.

Absolutely appalling. Mandy, sour faced woman with blonde / white hair has got to be one of the most unpleasant people I have ever come across in my life. Rude. Slow.
