I had a car full of donations, my partner called in to see if we could drop them off at the back of the shop where I was parked, he was told by the young guy who was not very pleasant ‘no we are not taking donations’Not the best service from British Heart Foundation, very disappointing.

I went in to a store today in ashington, I was talking to a friend about how I'm off work with depression and the guy at the till said, that's a good excuse to be off work, I ignored the comment and continued talking to my friend and told him that I work for the NHS and the guy then said that's ironic eh works for the nhs...
