I'm finding Banks very frustrating. All these stupid rules just to get a card for my dad. I was told I needed power of attorney, I got it, but still, that wasn't enough. Banks seem to forget that we are doing them a favour by banking there.

Worst experience i had. Trying to open an account from august, not solved after 6 months. Booked me again for february. Run

No cashiers on a Saturday. Mid week is from 10- 4pm, which is not helpful if you work a 9-5 job. Mid week the staff couldn't be more helpful. However, on the Saturday they might as well have a sign up saying. No not disturb.
