Dont accept certificate of motor insurance on smartphone only accepts paper copy?C'mon get with the times everybody uses digital copies now.There is no valid reason to decline a digital copy nowadays.

What is wrong with the 2 gloom old women that work here, my goodness they are in the wrong job, they have absolutely zero people skills mutton dressed as lamb comes to mind.

Opening hours posted (and confirmed by the post office apparently) are incorrect. The times posted are the times the post box slot are open. To actually go into the post office they are only open from 8-10am Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm Saturday and closed Sunday.
