Had to collect a parcel here and assumed that would be simple.Unfortunately, the female member of staff at the till was rude beyond belief. Do not use this service station as a collection point for online deliveries! We were due to have a parcel delivered today and it was sent back with the courier as they did not accept it. This service station was listed as an option for delivery and now the parcel has been returned back to the sender! When I phoned the service... read full comment
