Whilst the food is normally quite good from this outlet, I don’t understand how they can never get an order right, there is ALWAYS something missing. Previous 2 visits there were no chips in my boneless banquet, the one before that I ordered and paid for an extra corn, of course it wasn’t there when I got home the one... read full comment

just visited KFC in newtownards. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.... The staff are just not very focussed and seem to be more intererested in standing around and chatting to each other. And to add insult to injury, yet again the contents or my order is lacking....Very disappointing....

Seriously had enough of going to drive thru and mistakes made time after time so this time looked in bag and everything was there but then got home and opened my piece of chicken and it was a third of size it should be! Still hungry ?
