Staff don't care about the handsets. The slightest thing wrong, they just put them in a cupboard and forget about them. They never clean them after use and throw them into a basket, then just put them in the wall with no regard if they are working.

Poorly stocked, dirty, none of the staff are helpful and the staff at self check out are unfriendly and unprofessional. Time for new management and leadership.
