It was my first time at Subway, and I wasn't familiar with the ordering process. I requested a coke, but the lady ignored me. I repeated it twice, but she just watched without responding. Disappointing customer service experience!

2 girls stood behind till talking while 1 girl served 2 customers at a time. After 5 mins of them looking at me and then ignoring me I left as I didn't have time to wait on 1 person serving everyone. Won't be back

This subway is usually fine and fast service however every Sunday I've went, it's painful. There was only Italian bread that was running out, no lettuce, no mayonnaise, crispy onions or cookies.
