I was in this bank earlier today with the intention of opening an account. The service desk was very slow dealing with customers and the woman I spoke with came across as rude and abrasive. I won't be back.

Awful customer service, both face to face in thebank and overthe phone. Told different stories as to why I haven't got my new bank card yet.

Place closed before half 4. No use to the working people. Nor can u call them on Google. But they'll hit u with bank charges like theres no tomorrow.
