1st class service from someone called Joan-who took a lot of time to talk me through an online banking process between different banks in a way that didn't make me feel stupid or that I shouldn't be there. Would recommend this bank to everyone.

Tried to do a Morgage transfer to get an ex's name off the account... at the end of two years and days I booked off work for meaningless appointments I was no further forward! I was fuming when they finally told me they couldn't do it because the property wasn't finished, I moved to Halifax!!
