Parcel lost be carrier and company won't refund. They say they will but don't. I have called and emailed numerous times with false promises or just ignored via email. I am going to credit card company next as no refund given. Very disappointed.

Ordered and received a £300 bottle of whiskey. Came poorly packaged, had already been opened and slightly damaged. McSwiggans would not respond to any of my emails. My advice would be to buy from an alternative supplier

Have places orders with this company and they have delivered with excellent delivery, will encourage more people I know to order, keep the fanastic worl up ????
