I can only say the staff has been very helpful whenever I have gone into the bank.

Total disgraceful behaviour from you're bank in Magherafelt.My father an elderly man asked for a copy of statements while in you're branch and was told No and to apply online for them.He doesn't have great knowledge of using apps or online. iS IT POSSABLE TO MAKE A PHONE CALL TO ANY BANK OF IRELAND without having to listen to all the useless information on recorded msg all about the darn Bank.
