Came in with my Granny to post a cheque and the lady behind the window stared at us without even saying to come on ahead for at least 2 minutes. This left my 90 year old Granny very unsure of herself and she struggles to get out as it is.

I rang up concerning a package and the receiver was rude and not helpful. I had to explain multiple times the situation each time I was told that I was wrong and then I was told that I was in fact right and I asked is there anyways I can be informed when my package has arrived and was told no very rudely.
