Customer service terrible, good stock but staff attitude needs huge improvement

Went here to get my Covid vaccination. The pharmacist was very friendly and informative, putting me at ease after I told her I hated needles! She was very professional and really helped me relax. Would definitely recommend and want to say thanks for your patience and bearing with me!

Boots is an amazing store to shop in, I have never had a negative experience in any of the Boots I visited.
