Was in this store recently asked a member of staff for help not only was she rude but tuted because I asked for help, B & M your staff need training in customer service skills give zero stars if I could.

Vast B&M Store situated in Lisburn's prime Bow Street shopping area. Long aisles of household items at very keen prices. Not surprising to see constant queues at the checkouts. Parking in nearby Smithfield Square.
