Had an awful experience today in the chemist. Went in to collect tablets for an elderly family member and was firmly told that this family member should have tablets until the 25th, however the family member had ran out of tablets today and needed more asap. Store is always clean, tidy and well stocked however the service you receive from staff can vary. The store would benefit greatly from more approachable staff at the front counter. Pharmacy section at the back of the store is always very busy but staff seem helpful.
