Went in with a problem, came out with a solution (all thanks to the helpful staff). I don't recall the name of the person who helped me with some old 10 p notes, but it was Thu Apr 7, 2022 before noon. Thank you!

The customer service is first class. However there is a problem with the publicised opening hours.There is an article in the Banbridge leader that reads: ‘There is a counter at the back of the shop which closes at 6pm but the tills at the front of the shop can still do all Post Office transactions and all staff are trained...
