Went to santander in downpatrick at 2.30pm as on web site says closes at 4.30pm only to be turned away and told closes at 2pm.went in morning time at 9.45am as website states opens at 9.30 am. Again it was closed. 2 unnecessary journeys. Please update website.

Nothing too much trouble' friendly and polite dont ask for your life story when you want to lodge a bit off money unlike a staff member in aib in Newcastle wanting proof were you got £1900 pounds
