Staff walk all over people. Bumping into people. No care for customers at all. Pity because if it wasn’t for that it would be a lovely place to shop.

How come my 76 year old father had to use the self scan tills as an "Assistant" tells him that we don't have anyone on tills, you have to use the Self Scans... my father has never used them in his life and there was not anyone that would help him even use the Self Scans.... what shocking Customer Service from a company... read full comment

First time using this store , no staff member on the tills and it’s not always practical to use self check out due to volume of shopping , did ask was there a staff member for the tills and was told in a while - so unhelpful staff member and people queuing to use self check out service - poor service
