The staff need better trained, one in particular was pretty much unable to work by themselves without needing a supervisor, however I grant them they did try and were polite.I am disappointed I did not receive a notification that my floor was ready to collect in store after buying it online, I had to go in and ask was it...

Carpets are great, staff not giving out a happy to help the customer vibe, Cookstown store NEVER opens on time, today supposed to be 1pm, staff didn't show up until 1.30pm!
